Purchasing
The Purchasing Department is the liaison between the foreign supplier and the Company. Specifically the Purchasing Department is responsible for the inbound supplier chain. The Purchasing ensures that products arrive safe and on time from foreign factories to Tseriotis’ warehouses in Cyprus.
Its key functions are the following:
- Placing orders.
- Deals with the forwarding of products to Cyprus, through monitoring export documentation.
- Deals with clearing of the products – Importation through Cyprus Customs.
- Checking and authorising stock invoices and payments.
- Provides after sales services to customers and suppliers.
Marketing
The Marketing Department consists of a number of young and qualified people that have constantly their focus on the best applicable marketing strategy for each of Tseriotis’ products in the Cyprus Market. Tseriotis Marketing Department is the liaison between the trade, the suppliers and the agencies.
Tseriotis’ brand managers are responsible for the safeguard of each brand’s strategy through the development, implementation and control of marketing plans, communication strategies and promotional activities. They give emphasis on building the brands, recognizing trends and opportunities, organising above and below activities, being present in the market and exploiting new innovative ways of promoting and supporting company’s brands.
Sales
The Sales Department is structured in such a way as to meet customers’ needs, delivering focus on each product category and channel of distribution.
The Department’s structure provides the opportunity for more frequent and comprehensive visits in all outlets, improving customer relationships, identifying and satisfying customer needs, increasing item listings per outlet and achieving the best in-store presentation of products.
The sales structure ensures a national coverage of various distribution channels in the most efficient way. Each distribution channel has a dedicated sales team.

Retail Channel - Hypermarkets, Large and Small Groceries and Fruit markets The channel is serviced by two sales teams, the first for Home & Personal Care products and the second for Food products (ambient, frozen and Chilled) servicing 900 outlets. The sales teams are supported by frequent merchandising, ensuring best display, stock replenishment and rotation in the outlets.

Convenience Stores and Bakeries A dedicated team is servicing the channel through ex-van salesmen on a national basis.

HORECA A dedicated foodservice division is servicing all major hotels, restaurants, cafeterias, bakeries and other catering outlets.

Pharmacies The channel is serviced by a dedicated sales-person visiting 200 pharmacies.
Logistics & Distribution
Tseriotis Consumer Goods has a central distribution set-up with its warehouse premises strategically located in the outskirts of Nicosia, 65 km far from the biggest port of the country (Limassol).
Tseriotis Consumer Goods is among the few companies in Cyprus that has a proven record of distributing and logistics handling of multi-temperature controlled products, all according to the HAACP standards of operation. The Distribution Center is consisted of two types of warehouses in a plot area of 3500 m2 for ambient products and 1700 m2 for controlled temperature products (from 2- (-25)° C).
The company continues to invest in the logistics infrastructure with plans to expand the warehouse facilities with extra plot area of 2000 m2 to cover the company’s increasing needs for a more dynamic distribution center able to meet the upcoming challenges.
The Distribution Center services the local Market with more than 120 trucks visiting more than 1500 outlets (hypermarkets, supermarkets, large and small groceries, and kiosks).
